crisis & support resources
When you’re in distress, support matters — and the kind of support that feels safe to you matters most. For some people, that means calling 911 or going to an emergency department. For others, those options may not feel safe or accessible. Below, you’ll find a mix of traditional crisis hotlines and peer-based, non-carceral resources. Please use what feels right for you.
