online body image support groups in california
Community Support for Body Image + Food Healing
Even though no groups are currently running, I want to keep you in the loop!
My online body image support groups create a space where you can connect with others who are also challenging diet culture, healing their relationship with food, and learning body acceptance.
Why Group Support?
Healing body image struggles can feel lonely.
Group support offers a sense of community, accountability, and belonging.
You’ll see that you’re not alone in the challenges of rejecting diet culture.
Learning alongside others can spark insight, compassion, and resilience.

I offer body image therapy groups online across California,
including the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Groups are rooted in fat-positive, Health at Every Size® principles
and focus on building community, compassion, and resilience.
Healing is hard to do alone—groups remind us
that body acceptance is collective work.
Meet Sarah, Your Therapist & Fellow Body Rebel:
I know firsthand what it’s like to live in a world shaped by fatphobia and diet culture. In my own healing journey with body image and food, I’ve had providers who invalidated, misunderstood, or made assumptions about me based solely on my body. Those experiences fueled my passion for embodying body acceptance in my own life — and supporting clients in finding their own liberation and empowerment.
